📄 Warranty & Return Policy
Not covered by warranty:
- Cosmetic issues from normal wear & tear (scratches, fingerprints, dust);
- Damage caused during installation (e.g., stripped screws, cracked panels);
- Physical modifications (drilling, cutting, painting, custom alterations);
- Signs of heavy use or missing accessories (screws, brackets, panels, cables);
- Glass panel damage not reported at delivery.
Only Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) cases reported within 7 days are eligible for replacement or refund, subject to inspection and evidence.
