📄 Warranty & Return Policy (GPU)

This product is intended for standard desktop use. The following scenarios are NOT covered by returns or warranty:

  • Cryptocurrency mining or other 24/7 sustained workloads (farms/rigs, server racks, etc.);
  • Overclocking/undervolting, power limit or voltage curve tweaks, shunt mods;
  • VBIOS/firmware flashing or any software/hardware modification to bypass limits;
  • Operating without adequate cooling, dust clogging, poor ventilation, or unstable/insufficient PSU;
  • Disassembly or tampering (heatsink removal, thermal pad/paste replacement, backplate removal) unless explicitly permitted by manufacturer;
  • Physical damage: scratched/oxidized contacts, broken fans, cracked PCB, burn marks, liquid ingress, connector damage.

Warranty/returns will be denied if misuse or modification is detected (including mining wear patterns, altered screws, missing seals, custom BIOS, or sensor logs). Only Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) within 7 days of delivery is eligible for replacement or refund, subject to unboxing video/photos and diagnostic proof.

Please keep all accessories (anti-static bag, protective caps, cables/adapters, manuals). Returns must pass our standard diagnostic and visual inspection.
