📄 Warranty & Return Policy
Not covered by warranty:
- Continuous 24/7 mining or server farm operation;
- Load exceeding rated wattage or unstable power environments;
- Modification of cables, connectors, or internal components (e.g., shunt mods, rewiring);
- Physical damage: melted connectors, burnt PCB, liquid ingress, broken casing/fans;
- Opening the PSU casing or tampering with internal components;
- Use with unapproved adapters or daisy-chain GPU power connections.
Warranty/returns will be denied if misuse is detected. Only Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) within 7 days of delivery is eligible for replacement or refund, subject to unboxing video/photos and diagnostic proof.
