📄 Warranty & Return Policy
Not covered by warranty:
- Use in 24/7 cryptocurrency mining rigs or industrial servers;
- Overvoltage, incorrect power connection, or use with unapproved controllers;
- Physical damage: broken blades, cracked housing, bent radiator fins, liquid ingress;
- Excessive dust accumulation or lack of regular cleaning/maintenance;
- Unauthorized disassembly, bearing replacement, or third-party modifications;
- Improper mounting causing leaks (for liquid coolers) or vibration damage.
Warranty/returns will be denied if misuse is detected. Only Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) within 7 days of delivery is eligible for replacement or refund, subject to unboxing video/photos and diagnostic proof.
