📄 Warranty & Return Policy

This product is intended for standard PC use only. The following scenarios are NOT covered by return or warranty:

  • Cryptocurrency mining or other 24/7 heavy workloads;
  • Overclocking, voltage modification, BIOS/firmware modification;
  • Abnormal conditions such as insufficient cooling, unstable/insufficient power, or poor ventilation;
  • Physical damage (bent pins, scratches, cracks, burn marks, liquid ingress), tampering, disassembly, or third-party repairs.

Warranty/returns will be denied if misuse is detected. Only Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) within 7 days of delivery is eligible for replacement or refund, subject to unboxing video/photos and diagnostic proof.
