- Overclocking with XMP/EXPO profiles beyond manufacturer specification;
- Physical damage: burned contacts, snapped heat spreaders, broken PCB;
- Unauthorized disassembly or heat spreader removal.
Only DOA within 7 days of delivery is eligible for replacement/refund, with unboxing video/photos required.
