Not covered by warranty:
- Use in crypto mining (e.g., Chia plotting) or 24/7 datacenter workloads;
- Firmware/BIOS modification or unsupported low-level formatting;
- Wear-out from write cycles exceeding TBW (Total Bytes Written) endurance rating;
- Physical damage: connector burns, PCB cracks, liquid ingress.
Only DOA within 7 days of delivery is eligible for replacement/refund, with unboxing video/photos required.
